Technical Business Analyst – ITOM
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) to support IT operations and service management initiatives. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement ITOM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Support ITOM modules such as CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping
- Work with infrastructure, development, and operations teams
- Analyze and improve IT operational processes
- Support integrations, testing, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Required Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM or similar ITOM tools
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and ITIL processes
- Knowledge of CMDB, monitoring, and cloud environments
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of Business Analyst or ITOM experience
- ITIL or ServiceNow certification is a plus
