Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
- Prepare process flows, user stories, use cases, and wireframes as needed.
- Assist in solution design, data mapping, and integration requirements.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide post-deployment assistance.
- Ensure project documentation is up to date and aligned with industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to write detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
- Technical knowledge of APIs, databases, and system integrations preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
