Job Title: Boomi Lead
Experience: 6 to 10 Years
The Boomi Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integration solutions using
Dell Boomi AtomSphere. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, and ensure seamless data and process integration across systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using Dell Boomi.
- Gather integration requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Architect and implement integration patterns such as real-time, batch, and hybrid integrations.
- Manage the full lifecycle of integrations design, build, test, deploy, and support.
- Oversee and mentor a team of Boomi developers and integration specialists.
- Configure and optimize Atoms, Molecules, and APIs in Boomi AtomSphere.
- Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for integration processes.
- Collaborate with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise system teams to ensure reliable data flow.
- Ensure compliance with integration standards, security, and best practices.
- Work with project managers to estimate timelines, define milestones, and deliver high-quality integrations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ years of integration experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Dell Boomi.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Boomi integration processes (AtommSphere, API Management, Flow, Master Data Hub).
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, web services, and data transformation.
- Experience with cloud and on-premise integrations.
- Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Jenkins).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Boomi Professional Developer or Architect certification preferred.
