Technical BA with LRTC Consultant

Description

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our team as a consultant with LRTC. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both business and technical processes, enabling them to bridge the gap between stakeholders and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Assist in the design and implementation of technology solutions that meet business objectives.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and system designs.
• Participate in project planning and management activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-7 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in data modeling and database management systems.
• Experience with business process modeling and requirements elicitation techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
