Empanelment of Agencies/Individuals for Energy Audit Services

FARE Labs Pvt Ltd is seeking to empanel qualified agencies to provide comprehensive energy audit services. This initiative aims to identify energy-saving opportunities, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to sustainability efforts.

Scope of work: Agencies interested in empanelment will be required to conduct the following tasks under energy audit requirements:

1.Pre-audit preparation:Review of existing energy consumption data and past usage patterns. Preparation and submission of an audit plan outlining the approach and methodology.

2.Energy usage assessment:Detailed analysis of electricity, gas, and water consumption. Monitoring and recording energy usage in various operations and processes.

3.Identification of energy saving opportunities: Evaluation of equipment and processes for efficiency improvements. Recommendations for energy-efficient technologies and practices.

4.Report generation:Comprehensive audit report summarizing findings, analyses, and recommendations for energy savings. Presentation of results to FARE Labs and guidance on implementation strategies.

5.Follow-up consultations: Coordination meetings to discuss findings and support the implementation of recommendations.

Payment system: Payment for services rendered will be milestone-based, linked to the completion of specific tasks as outlined in the audit plan. The agreed payment terms will be finalized during the contract negotiation phase and will be contingent upon the quality of work delivered and timely submission of reports. An initial payment may be made upon signing the contract, with subsequent payments based on milestones achieved.

Terms and conditions:

1.Eligibility criteria:Agencies must have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in providing energy audit services. Proven track record of successfully completed energy audits in similar industries. Must be Certified Energy Auditor (CEA)/Certified Energy Manager (CEM) Certified by Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), Govt. of India. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Energy/Instrumentation). Postgraduate qualification in Energy Management will be given preference.

2.Documentation required:Interested agencies must submit a proposal including company profile, previous project references, qualifications of the audit team, and a preliminary outline of the proposed audit methodology. Proposals must also include estimated timelines for completion and fee structure.

3.Confidentiality:All data and information obtained during the audit process must be kept confidential and shall not be shared with third parties without prior consent from FARE Labs.

4.Reporting and communication:Regular communication is expected throughout the audit process, with progress updates provided to FARE Labs.

5.Evaluation and selection:Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria including experience, proposed methodology, timelines, and cost. The selected agencies will be notified and invited to enter into a formal agreement.
