About Us
We are looking for an experienced operator to independently handle paper cup, tub, and lid forming machines, manage changeovers, troubleshoot issues, and maintain critical spares.
Machines Handled
- SPB Machinery (ACM 9000B, PBM-3500, SPB1000U, ZGJ-M70, SPB-900-BIG)
- Cups: 350 ml, 450 ml, 550 ml
- Tubs: 550 ml, 750 ml, 1 L, 65 oz, 85 oz
- Lids: 350 ml, 550 ml, 1L (1 PC Lid, 2 PC Lid)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate paper cup, tub, and lid machines independently
- Perform complete size changeovers (cups, tubs, lids)
- Troubleshoot sealing, leakage, alignment, and quality issues
- Maintain and monitor critical spares and tooling
- Support basic preventive maintenance
Requirements
Skills Required
- Strong technical knowledge of cup/tub/lid machines
- Hands-on experience with changeovers and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and lead shop-floor teams
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma preferred (experience is more important)
