In this role you will: Develop, configure and customize Veeva Vault Platform artifacts and Veeva CRM components based on business requirements. Implement front-end features using JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js preferred) and maintain responsive UIs (HTML/CSS). Build and maintain back-end services and integrations using Java (and related frameworks) and REST APIs. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, design sessions and daily Agile ceremonies. Write unit tests, support system/integration testing, and assist in defect triage and resolution. Support deployment activities (CI/CD pipelines) and assist in release management for development, staging and production environments. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes or workarounds. Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and handover notes collaborate with business stakeholders and offshore/onshore teams. Follow GxP, security and compliance guidelines where applicable. About you: This position requires technical knowledge, but also significant interpersonal and communication ability. We are looking for someone who can work effectively across boundaries - both cultural and functional. This international role requires a flexible communication style and astute cultural awareness are highly valued. Why you Required qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. 4+ years of professional experience in software development or technical support roles. Practical experience with Veeva Vault Platform and/or Veeva CRM (configuration, metadata management, object models, or admin tasks). Proficient in Java (core Java, familiarity with frameworks such as Spring is a plus). Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and at least one modern framework (Vue.js required exposure to React/Angular is acceptable). Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON/XML. Familiarity with relational databases and SQL. Experience with version control systems (Git) and basic CI/CD concepts. Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in pharma commercial domain Veeva certifications (Vault Developer, Vault Admin, Veeva CRM) or demonstrable Vault project experience. Experience with Vault SDK/APIs, Vault lifecycle and document management concepts. Exposure to backend frameworks (Spring Boot), Node.js or microservices. Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (JUnit, Selenium, Cypress). Understanding of regulated environments (GxP) and security controls.
