Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented LMS Executive / Technical Assistant to manage day-to-day LMS
operations. This role involves content management, learner support, and live class coordination to
ensure a seamless learning experience for both students and Instructors.
Key Responsibilities
1. LMS Content Management
- Upload and organize learning materials (videos, PPTs, SLMs, quizzes, assignments)
- Map content accurately to programs, courses, and modules
- Perform quality checks (playback, links, downloads, permissions)
- Handle content updates, corrections, and version control
2. LMS Activities & Setup
- Create and configure discussion forums and LMS activities
- Ensure proper structuring as per academic requirements
- Assist in setting up assessments and learning paths
3. Learner Support (Helpdesk)
- Act as the primary point of contact for LMS-related queries
- Track and resolve support tickets within defined timelines
- Escalate technical or academic issues when required
4. Live Class Support
- Set up and manage live sessions (links, schedules, access)
- Provide real-time support to Instructors and learners during sessions
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with internal and External teams (Academics, Production, Technical, Vendors)
- Maintain daily activity logs and status reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (EdTech/Media preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in LMS, EdTech, or Operations roles
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (Brightspace preferred; Moodle/Neo is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic technical troubleshooting ability
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of video formats and content structuring
