Incorporated in 1997, the Company develops and operates large-scale IT parks across Tamil Nadu. TIDEL continues to play a pivotal role in advancing the State's IT ecosystem by offering high-quality office spaces, reliable utilities, and an enabling environment for IT/ITES companies and startups.

What you'll do:

Overseeing the operations and maintenance of mechanical systems, including Lifts, Fire Protection Systems, ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) Systems, and Building Automation Systems (BAS). Supporting the Manager (O&M) in ensuring efficient facility performance.

Serving as a key point of contact for technical support by managing daily technical operations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining O&M functions to ensure smooth functioning for tenants and the overall IT park environment.

Actively contributing to strategic decision-making initiatives at TIDEL PARK LTD and playing a leadership role in driving organizational growth.

Carrying out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director or Management.

Experience:

4 years of experience (post-graduation) or 7 years of experience (post-diploma) in Operations and Maintenance of mechanical systems in multistorey buildings, including Lifts, Fire Protection Systems, Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) Systems, and Building Automation Systems (BAS).

Strong proficiency in business communication in both English and Tamil.
