Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to support our team in the manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of drones used in large-scale drone light shows. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on skills in assembling and troubleshooting electronic/mechanical systems, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly, wiring, and integration of drones and their sub-systems (mechanical, electrical, and electronic).
- Support in testing, troubleshooting, and calibration of drones to ensure operational reliability and compliance with performance standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on drones and associated equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of manufacturing processes, test results, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of drone light shows.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during assembly and operations.
- Provide technical support during rehearsals and live shows, assisting in drone setup, battery management, and field troubleshooting.
- Assist in the inventory management of drone components, tools, and spare parts.
Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- 04 years of hands-on experience in assembly, wiring, or maintenance of electrical/electronic systems (experience with drones, RC models, or robotics is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and basic electronics troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with testing instruments, soldering tools, and assembly equipment.
- Ability to follow technical instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel and support on-site operations during drone shows.
