Technical Area Service Field Manager

Job Summary
Responsible for providing technical support and diagnostic assistance to the dealer network, ensuring speedy resolution of complex technical concerns and improving overall dealer technical capability. The role will focus on remote technical assistance, dealer workshop audits, technical training, root cause analysis, and resolution of critical product concerns, while working closely with Quality and KIN HO Technical teams for continuous product and service improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities • Provide speedy and accurate technical solutions for complex and unresolved dealer concerns. • Provide remote technical assistance through the Technical Hotline for critical troubleshooting cases. • Conduct dealer workshop audits covering technical manpower evaluation and NVI compliance. • Conduct regular TSB and OJT training to enhance dealer technical capabilities. • Perform failure and root cause analysis of recurring technical concerns. • Coordinate with QA and KIN HO Technical teams for product improvement initiatives. • Evaluate Expert Technicians before onboarding them into the KIN dealer network. • Drive reduction in Average Resolution Time (ART) through timely technical support. • Address technical concerns related to new products and technologies, including EVs, to minimize customer dissatisfaction. • Analyse safety incidents and prepare detailed technical incident reports with findings and recommendations.
Required Skillsets • OEM experience in a Technical Service Manager, Technical Advisor, or similar technical role, with experience handling dealer networks. • Strong experience in managing and supporting the West India dealer network. • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including safety incident analysis and technical incident report preparation. • Sound knowledge of automobile Powertrain, Chassis and Electrical systems. • Strong diagnostic skills with hands-on experience using Wiring Manuals, Repair Manuals and Diagnostic Manuals.

Skills & Qualifications:
A) Educational Qualifications: • Mandatory: Full-Time Regular Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. • Diploma/part-time/distance education qualifications will not be considered.
B) Experience: • Minimum 5 - 15 years of experience
