Technical Architect Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical strategy, translating business goals into actionable roadmaps for digital platforms
• Design and implement enterprise and microservices architectures for healthcare solutions on Azure cloud
• Spearhead the Cloud Center of Excellence, guiding architecture activities, platform product development, and cloud application management
• Lead technical risk management initiatives and ensure platform programs align with architectural vision
• Mentor and coach junior architects and technical leads, fostering architectural thinking across teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote data mesh, platform components, and enterprise architecture standards
• Drive digital transformation initiatives including modernization of legacy applications and migration to microservices
• Ensure compliance with healthcare IT regulations such as HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, USCDI)
• Oversee secure, scalable, and cost-effective deployment of cloud-based healthcare workloads
• Implement API integrations, PACS, DICOM ingestion/egress, and EHR/FHIR server connectivity
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines, automation tools (Jenkins, Terraform), and cloud-native services for efficient deployment and operations
• Ensure data strategy and architecture alignment including Data Mesh, Data Fabric, data modeling, and engineering best practices
