Technical Lead/Architect with AI
Location: Chennai – Tharamani
Work Mode: Work From Office Only

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect/R&D Manager with 12+ years of experience in Java, Oracle, and enterprise software development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in R&D initiatives, AI-driven projects, and insurance domain solutions.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to guide high-performing teams while delivering innovative technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage R&D and technical initiatives with a focus on Java, Oracle, and AI technologies within the insurance domain.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient software architectures, incorporating microservices, cloud technologies, and modern frameworks.
- Drive end-to-end DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and automation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with best practices, STIG, and security standards.
- Mentor and guide developers, fostering team collaboration, skill development, and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams & stakeholders to define technical strategies/project roadmaps.
- Participate in client interactions, solution design discussions, and project status reporting.
- Develop documentation for architecture, design patterns, and quality standards.
- Implement robust security practices, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
