We're Hiring: Java Technical Architect
Location: Bangalore, India
Are you a Java expert who loves architecting scalable, high-performance systems from the ground up We're looking for a Java Technical Architect to drive end-to-end system design and technical strategy across cloud-native platforms.
What you'll do:
Design system architecture — HLD, LLD, streaming & batch processing
Architect scalable, secure & high-performing Java-based solutions
Lead monolith-to-microservices transformations
Drive technology selection, coding standards & code reviews
Provide technical leadership & mentorship across dev teams
Define CI/CD pipelines for in-house & customer deployments
Optimize performance, security & system reliability
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions
What we're looking for:
Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Microservices, Spring Boot
Experience deploying SaaS products on 2+ cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle)
Solid grasp of Functional & Non-Functional Requirements, API design
Proven skills in performance engineering, hardware/software sizing
Strong understanding of security best practices & compliance
Excellent documentation & stakeholder communication skills
