Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect/SME to manage, create, iterate, and maintain technical and data architectures. This role is pivotal in ensuring the design and development of high-quality technical systems that support optimal system performance, operational cost efficiency, and flexibility for future changes. The ideal candidate will support and participate in both high-level and detailed design and configuration sessions with SMEs, architects, and partners for ERGO Central IT and Legal Entities.
You will be responsible for producing essential Technical Design Documents, Technical Guidance Documents, and Integration Specification Documents. You will collaborate closely with product owners to support the functional design and configuration of the DORA solution in areas such as Network Security, User Access Management (UAM), Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), IT Security Landscape, and Logging and Monitoring. Furthermore, you will conduct technical training, handover, and knowledge transfer sessions and work closely with the Project Manager to track project status, issues, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop technical architecture blueprints and patterns to ensure efficient utilization of technical solutions.
Support the implementation of these blueprints and patterns in line with quality guidelines.
Maintain Technology Roadmaps and Stacks, including lifecycle management in LeanIX.
Re-architect applications to utilize Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Container-as-a-Service (CaaS) capabilities.
Define high-level technical models and contribute to preparing business cases aligned with IT security and quality guidelines.
Support the creation of technology strategies to optimize the use of IT resources and platforms.
Act as the solution architect for technical projects, ensuring the technical direction aligns with project goals and objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Proficiency in various architectures, including Regulatory, Cloud, Enterprise, Security, IAM, PAM, IDP, and SaaS, with strong understanding of associated methodologies.
In-depth knowledge of customer support processes and infrastructure.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and writing skills with the ability to interface with senior-level executives.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Proven experience in delivering consulting services both onsite and remotely.
SLG3 Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system, technical, and security architecture.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications in architecture or security is highly desirable.
