Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Architect to lead the design, implementation, and management of multi-cloud environments across Azure, AWS, GCP, and Oracle Cloud. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud-native services, hybrid/multi-cloud architectures, and strong collaboration skills to work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures across Azure, AWS, GCP, and Oracle Cloud.
- Develop and document cloud architecture patterns, migration strategies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, security, and application teams to align cloud solutions with business goals.
- Lead cloud assessments, gap analysis, and workload migrations from on-prem to cloud environments.
- Provide governance, cost optimization, and automation guidance across cloud platforms.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
- Evaluate and recommend new cloud services and technologies for continuous improvement.
- Act as a cloud SME for internal stakeholders and support pre-sales/cloud strategy discussions if required.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, DPDPA, and other applicable standards.
- Work closely with the Information Security team on vulnerability remediation, patching, hardening, and identity/access management (IAM).
- Implement and monitor cloud-native and third-party security tools.
Monitoring & Performance Management
- Implement and oversee infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, CloudWatch and Oracle Cloud Observability).
- Respond proactively to system alerts and potential incidents.
- Conduct root cause analysis and service optimization.
Education
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
Certifications (Preferred)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert OR AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
OR
And
- ITIL v4 Foundation or Intermediate
- Google Professional Cloud Architect OR Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect Professional is an advantage.
