Job Responsibilities:

• Design & Development in Web UI application development in Telecom Domain
• Technically Leading a backing Development team
• Ensuring backend team deliver the code with best quality & ensuring all development or Process KPI's are met.
• Python Development: Strong experience in Python development
• Automation: Strong background in Network automation and orchestration.
• Responsible for Solutions design and implementation
• Actively participate in continuous process improvement activities and contribute towards enhancing organization development process and tools
• Follow up with development team and ensure the development is according to design.

Mandatory Skill Set:

• Design overall architecture of the web application using Python
• Experience in building and consuming REST APIs
• Good to have- Microservices architecture (MSA), GCP
• Experience with relational databases like SQLServer, MySQL, NoSQL experience a plus
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.
• Experience with Cloud native development practices (Microservices / Containers) on any public cloud platform preferred
• Experience with any BPMN/Workflow manager such as Camunda, N8N, Temporal
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.

Optional Skill Set:

• Experience/ Awareness of AI/Agentic AI based development patterns is useful (not mandatory)
• Security: Knowledge of security best practices and implementation.
