Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Architect to help design our Next Generation Healthcare Platform. This pivotal role bridges the gap between deep technical engineering and customer solutioning. You will help define the architecture, ensure code quality, and drive presales engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Architecture: Work alongside the Chief Technologist to define the end to-end architecture for a scalable Healthcare Solution, ensuring robustness and security
- Hands-on Development: Actively write production-ready code for complex core components, integrations, and frameworks. You are expected to lead by example in the codebase
- Presales & Strategy: Collaborate with sales teams to build technical pitches, lead client demonstrations, and translate customer needs into technical roadmaps
- Tech Governance: Maintain high code quality standards through regular code reviews, architectural governance, and building rapid Proofs of Concept (POCs)
- Stack & Data Strategy: Lead the selection of tools for Data Engineering and Cloud infrastructure; define how AI/ML will be integrated into the healthcare workflow
- Cloud Architecture: Design cloud-native deployment strategies on at least one major provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 12+ years in software engineering with a strong track record in system design
- Tech Stack Mastery: Deep expertise in Java (Backend/Microservices) and Web Architectures. While you should understand the Android ecosystem, your primary strength should be Backend engineering
- Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Client Facing: Strong presentation skills with experience in presales, RFPs, and stakeholder management
- AI & Data Savvy: Conceptual strength in AI technologies and modern data pipelines, with the ability to select the right stack from scratch
- Healthcare Domain: Experience building solutions for the healthcare industry (EMR, Telehealth)
- Standards: Knowledge of interoperability standards like FHIR, HL7, and DICOM
