Position Overview

Seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager / Technical Lead with 8–12 years of experience in designing and developing scalable, data-intensive applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, data processing, API development, and application architecture, along with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
• Lead architecture, development, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Build and maintain APIs, data processing solutions, and distributed systems.
• Optimize SQL Server queries, database performance, and application scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform RCA, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Implement solutions using RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
