Job Description

Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure database management systems aligned with business and application requirements.
Define database architecture standards, data models, and best practices across projects and teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust database solutions.
Ensure data integrity, availability, security, and compliance with organizational and industry standards.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for database systems, schemas, and architectural decisions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex database performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing strategies, and system-level enhancements.
Mentor and guide junior team members to improve database design and engineering capabilities.
Support implementation of database governance, backup, recovery, and security policies.
Contribute to overall system architecture and participate in technical design reviews.
