Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient database management systems aligned with business and healthcare requirements
Lead and mentor a team of database developers and engineers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of solutions
Define database architecture standards, data models, and optimization strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define data requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve complex database performance, integrity, and scalability issues
Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for database systems and processes
Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and compliance requirements in healthcare data management
Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and schema design improvements
Support data security, integrity, backup, and recovery strategies
Drive continuous improvement in database development processes and tools
