Job Summary
We are seeking a highly innovative and client-facing Associate Architect with a strong background in Agentic AI and a deep understanding of the telecommunications domain. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge Agentic AI solutions that can autonomously perform complex tasks, conduct research, engage in customer conversations, and drive the creation of high-impact products and services for enterprise Telco clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the entire agent development lifecycle, from foundational protocols to advanced research methodologies. They will be adept at translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business value, pitching proposals to clients, and creating compelling multi-agentic prototypes. This role demands strong communication skills, a hands-on approach to Agentic AI architecture, and a proven ability to work effectively with Telco clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Solution Pitching:
- Client-Facing Leadership: Act as a primary technical point of contact for Telco clients, understanding their business challenges and translating them into innovative Agentic AI solutions.
- Proposal Development & Pitching: Lead the creation of compelling technical proposals, baking in deep understanding of Telco domain concepts and demonstrating how Agentic AI can address specific client needs. Effectively pitch these proposals to clients, articulating technical value and business impact.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, active listening, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Requirements Gathering: Drive customer conversations, listen to needs, identify pain points, and translate complex challenges into clear, actionable technical requirements for Agentic AI solutions.
Agentic AI Architecture & Development:
- Agentic AI System Design & Architecture: Design, develop, and optimize robust, scalable, and secure Agentic AI systems, encompassing the entire Model Context Protocol (Server, Client, Application, Gateway) for seamless communication and operation.
- Multi-Agentic System Design: Architect and implement A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication protocols, ensuring efficient and reliable interaction between autonomous agents within complex multi-agentic systems.
- Agent Development Lifecycle: Drive the entire agent development lifecycle, from conceptualization and rapid prototyping to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in production environments.
- Enterprise-Grade Gen AI Solutions for Telco: Lead the development and deployment of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions, specifically tailored for the Telco domain, leveraging Agentic AI principles.
- LLM Optimization: Apply advanced techniques for LLM fine-tuning (PEFT, SFT, QLoRA, DPO) and distillation to optimize model performance, efficiency, and domain specificity for Telco use cases.
- Advanced Prompt Engineering: Implement sophisticated prompt engineering strategies (Chain of Thought, Few-Shot, Tree of Thoughts, Self-Refine) to enhance model reasoning, creativity, and alignment with complex Telco scenarios.
- Agentic AI UI/UX Design: Design and create intuitive and effective Agentic AI User Interfaces (UIs) that facilitate seamless interaction and understanding for end-users, applying strong UI/UX principles.
Agentic AI - Evals, Observability & Self-Learning:
- Agentic AI - Evals: Design and implement robust evaluation frameworks for Agentic AI systems, including metrics for performance, reliability, and alignment with Telco business objectives.
- Observability & Instrumentation: Implement comprehensive observability and instrumentation strategies for Agentic AI systems, enabling real-time monitoring, debugging, and performance analysis.
- Self-Learning Agents: Design and develop self-learning agents capable of identifying and rectifying their own errors, learning from past interactions, and continuously improving performance in dynamic Telco environments.
- Memory & Long-Term Context Management: Design systems for short-term, long-term, and episodic memory to enhance contextual understanding and decision-making for agents.
- Tool Use & API Integration: Empower agents with the ability to utilize external tools, APIs, and databases relevant to Telco operations.
Research & Innovation in Agentic AI:
- Cutting-Edge Research: Actively research and integrate the latest advancements in Agentic AI, including but not limited to:

Documentation & Reporting:
- Technical Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of architectures, protocols, workflows, and experiments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts and business value effectively to diverse stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
- 8–10 years of hands-on ML/AI experience with a strong focus on Agentic AI.
- Proven track record in enterprise-grade Generative AI projects, specifically within the Telco domain.
- Expertise in fine-tuning/deploying generative AI models and building complex multi-agentic workflows.
- Strong experience in prompt engineering for reasoning and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated experience working with Telco clients, understanding their business needs, and proposing technical solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of Model Context Protocol (Server, Client, Application, Gateway).
- Proven experience with A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication protocols and multi-agent system design.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the entire agent development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent ML frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen, ADK, or similar agentic workflow tools.
- Cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deployment and scaling of AI solutions.
- Strong background in NLP tasks (classification, generation, summarization, QA).
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and decision-making algorithms.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Pandas/NumPy, and Git for version control.
Agentic AI Specific Skills:
- Ability to implement self-correction, self-improvement, and adaptive learning mechanisms in agents.
- Experience designing and implementing agent memory systems (short-term, long-term, episodic).
- Proficiency in enabling tool use and API integration for agents.
- Strong understanding of multi-agent collaboration and coordination strategies.
