Requirements
- Strong architectural thinking and system design capability
- Hands-on coding experience in Go or Python

- Experience implementing scalable integration or data platforms
- Ability to guide and mentor technical teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Define system architecture and technical roadmap
- Design canonical data models and metadata storage approach
- Review code and enforce good engineering practices
- Collaborate with product and client stakeholders
- Lead debugging, performance optimization, and scalability improvements
- Guide engineers and support implementation decisions
Preferred Qualification
Experience with ERP or supply chain data ecosystems Prior experience building data ingestion or ETL frameworks
