Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems for iQuanta's web and mobile platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise, architectural vision, and leadership to guide our tech teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define system architecture, design patterns, and best practices for scalable applications.
• Lead technical decision-making and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with product, tech, and business teams to design effective solutions.
• Oversee code quality, performance optimization, and system security.
• Mentor developers and review technical deliverables.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5-7 years of software development experience, with 3+ years as an architect/lead.

Proven expertise in full-stack architecture (MERN/MEAN preferred).

Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and APIs.

Hands-on experience with scalability, performance tuning, and security protocols.

Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
