Proven ability to architect and deliver scalable, high-performance applications using OOPS principles, design patterns, and microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience in Python-based full-stack development, covering backend services, frontend components, APIs, and integrations.

Demonstrated capability to lead and mentor development teams, conducting code reviews, design validations, and enforcing engineering best practices.

Experience integrating GenAI / AI-ML capabilities into enterprise applications to enhance functionality, automation, and user experience.

Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, including OpenStack-based deployments, scalability, and performance optimization.

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.

Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, driving continuous improvement and timely delivery.

Ability to collaborate effectively with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Day in the Life of a Technical Architect at IZT AT IZT

Lead the end-to-end technical architecture of enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Define and govern application architecture standards, including microservices design, API contracts, and cloud-native patterns.

Drive GenAI-enabled application design, identifying opportunities to embed AI/ML capabilities into business workflows.

Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design walkthroughs, and architectural decision-making.

Guide teams on Python-based full-stack development, ensuring adherence to OOPS principles, SOLID design, and best practices.

Work with DevOps and Cloud teams on CI/CD pipelines, OpenStack deployments, performance tuning, and production readiness.

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.

Mentor and coach engineers, supporting skill development, hiring initiatives, and team growth.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues, support production escalations, and drive root-cause analysis and long-term improvements.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, architecture documentation, and reusable frameworks.
