Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog across multiple Agile teams.
- Define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning activities.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
- Make data-driven prioritization decisions based on customer and business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align product delivery with business goals.
- Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support product releases, documentation, and operational readiness.
- 4+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst experience in Financial Services or Payments.
- Strong knowledge of Bill Pay, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile environments.
- Proven backlog management and prioritization skills.
- Experience writing user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing dependencies, risks, and release planning.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Payments or FinTech product experience.
- CSPO certification.
