What you'll actually do as a Technical Architect with us

Through IdeaLabs, our in-house innovation hub, you'll help turn ideas into real products already in use by customers today, working on cutting-edge tech and seeing your ideas move from prototype to production.

What you'll actually do as a Technical Architect with us
- Architect distributed systems serving 1M+ users with 99.9%+ uptime
- Design service meshes and event-driven microservices across 50+ services
- Build APIs (REST/GraphQL) handling 100K+ requests/day
- Lead cloud-native deployments across AWS/Azure, multi-region
- Own performance targets: sub-200ms latency, caching strategies, 10K+ concurrent users
- Lead and mentor teams of 5+ engineers
- Collaborate directly with C-level and product stakeholders
- Work on innovation at IdeaLabs, turning ideas like LegacyLeap and MigrateX into real, in-use products
- 7+ years overall experience, with 3+ years in senior technical leadership
- Experience with systems serving 100K+ users or high-volume transactions
- Proven track record leading and mentoring engineering teams
- Strong Java 11+ and Spring Boot experience
- Experience with CQRS, DDD and Event Sourcing
- Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform and CI/CD
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL, Kafka and real-time processing
- Familiarity with APM and chaos engineering practices
- Open source contributions or patents
- Conference speaking or startup experience
- AI/ML infrastructure experience
