Technical Architect – Web Application

Position Summary:-

We are seeking an experienced – Technical Architect to lead and design, develop, and enhance web-based applications for customer and service operations. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications on React platform, while providing technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams. The ideal candidate should be a strong hands-on Senior Full Stack developer with expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, API integration, and modern web application architecture. Experience in IoT-connected products and home appliances is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:-

Application Architecture & Technology Leadership:

• Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications on the existing Rainmaker platform.

• Lead front-end and full-stack development activities using modern JavaScript technologies.

• Build reusable UI components, workflows, dashboards, and service management applications.

• Design and integrate REST APIs, backend services, and enterprise systems.

• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, service teams, and business stakeholders.

• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams.

• Drive adoption of engineering best practices, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

Must-Have Skills:-

Frontend:

• Expert in React.js

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript

• HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design

• State Management (Redux, Context API)

• REST API Integration

Full Stack & Architecture:

• Node.js and Express.js

• API Design and Microservices Architecture

• Authentication & Authorization (OAuth, JWT)

• SQL and NoSQL Databases

• Git, CI/CD, DevOps practices

Work Experience:

• 10+ years in Hands on web application development.

• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise web applications

• Experience leading development teams and technical design decisions

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with the Rainmaker or Similar platform

• IoT platforms and connected devices

• Smart Home or Home Appliance domain knowledge

• Azure or AWS cloud platforms

• Progressive Web Applications (PWA)

• Mobile app integration

• Analytics and reporting platforms

• MQTT, WebSockets, or real-time communication technologies

Preferred Background (Candidates with experience in any of the following domains will be preferred):

• Field Service Management

• Customer Service Platforms

• Home Appliances

• Consumer Electronics

• IoT & Connected Products

• Digital Customer Experience Platforms
