Role Summary
We are looking for a seasoned .NET Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications built on Microsoft technologies. The candidate will be responsible for defining solution architecture, driving technical governance, mentoring teams, engaging with customers, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. The role requires strong architecture skills across application, integration, cloud, and DevOps landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
- Define end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications.
- Establish architecture principles, standards, and best practices.
- Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, and technical governance forums.
- Design cloud-native and microservices-based solutions leveraging Azure services.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, maintainability, and performance requirements.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical direction to development teams across multiple projects.
- Mentor Technical Leads, Senior Developers, and Architects.
- Drive engineering excellence through coding standards, reviews, and quality initiatives.
- Lead technical estimations, PoCs, and solution accelerators.
Delivery & Governance
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Delivery Managers.
- Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps, and automation initiatives.
