Mentorship & Best Practices: Mentor junior engineers, promote continuous learning, and contribute to the evolution of engineering best practices.

Operational Excellence: Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, ensure security, reliability, and scalability of data platforms.

Technical Documentation: Convey technical details using industry-standard diagrams (UML, C4) and tools (Lucid Chart, draw.io, Visio).

Agile Delivery: Drive iterative releases, test-driven development, CI/CD practices, and collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments.
