We are looking for a highly accomplished and decisive Portfolio Architect to lead the architectural vision, technical governance, and strategic roadmap of our IoT Connectivity Platform — a cloud‑native, microservices‑based, data‑intensive platform built on Microsoft Azure.

Role Overview:
- Operate at a senior engineering leadership level
- Define architectural standards and long‑term technology direction
- Guide a complex, multi‑product IoT connectivity portfolio at scale
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and enforce platform‑wide technical governance ensuring architectural consistency and long‑term integrity
- Define, publish, and evolve architecture standards, design principles, and technology guardrails across .NET core, Java, Spring boot and Front-end technologies (Angular)
- Conduct architecture reviews, design audits, and governance checkpoints across initiatives
- Identify and drive remediation of architectural risks, anti‑patterns, and technical debt
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Define end‑to‑end architecture covering:
> Device connectivity,
> Telemetry ingestion,
> Real‑time event processing,
> Microservices orchestration.
- Own and drive the long‑term technical roadmap, aligning business goals with executable architecture plans.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and open standards to ensure platform competitiveness.
Required Qualifications & Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience designing and governing enterprise‑scale, cloud‑native IoT platforms
- Deep expertise in Microservices and Event‑Driven Architecture (EDA)
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, including:
>IoT Hub, Event Hubs, Service Bus
>AKS, API Management, Azure Functions
>Databricks, Stream Analytics
>Kubernetes
- Solid experience with .NET (C#), Java, Spring boot and Angular
- Strong knowledge of IoT protocols: MQTT, HTTP/S
- Experience leading architecture governance, ARBs, and standards enforcement
- Strong background in DevSecOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, and IaC
- Automotive domain or connectivity platform experience is a strong plus
