Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Lead full-cycle CRM implementations: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Define and enforce CRM architecture standards, integration patterns, and data governance policies.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems (ERP, portals, third-party apps).
Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across CRM environments.
Stay updated with Microsoft's roadmap and recommend adoption of new features.
8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365.
6+ years in a Technical Architect role.
Strong experience in end-to-end CRM implementations across industries.
Deep understanding of CRM modules: Sales, Service, Marketing.
Expertise in Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure Services, and Dynamics SDK.
