Your Role And Responsibilities

- Strategic Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.
- Team Delivery leadership: Lead and manage high performing team of consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality.
- Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your functional expertise with clients and team members and working with the latest technologies

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- A Storage SME (Subject Matter Expert) with 10-12 years of experience is responsible for architecting, deploying, and managing enterprise-grade storage solutions across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.
- This role requires deep expertise in SAN, NAS, object storage, and software-defined storage technologies from major vendors such as NetApp, VEAM, Dell EMC, HPE, Pure Storage, and IBM, along with hands-on knowledge of cloud storage solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- The ideal candidate is proficient in storage automation (via PowerShell, Python, or Ansible), monitoring tools, and integrating storage into virtualized and containerized environments.
- Key responsibilities include capacity planning, storage provisioning, performance tuning, replication strategies, and disaster recovery readiness
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Provide guidance to team and ensure adherence to design.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify opportunities and assess technical feasibility
