Role Description

We're hiring a detail-oriented Architect with 56 years of experience in commercial and F&B interiors. If you're skilled in AutoCAD and passionate about turning design concepts into precise, buildable drawings, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create technical drawings, construction documents, and tender packages
• Draft plans, sections, elevations, and ceiling layouts
• Translate 3D design ideas into accurate 2D documentation
• Coordinate with design teams and consultants to ensure clarity and feasibility
• Optional: Use SketchUp or similar tools for visual presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• 56 years of design and drafting experience, preferably in interior projects
• Strong AutoCAD skills and understanding of construction detailing
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations, especially international market
• Familiarity with SketchUp or other design tools is an added preference
