Experience

10–15 Years(Relevant experience in Software Development and Technical Architecture is mandatory.)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise architecture solutions.
• Define technical architecture, frameworks, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies, tools, and frameworks based on business needs.
• Review application architecture, code quality, and technical documentation to ensure adherence to standards.
• Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Guide development teams on design patterns, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and modern development practices.
• Mentor technical teams and promote continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Enterprise Application Architecture and Solution Design.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control systems.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Educational Qualification

• Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Cloud or Architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, TOGAF, etc.) will be preferred.

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong background in software development with architecture experience.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor development teams.
