Key Responsibilities:
- Assist site engineers in day-to-day supervision and site execution activities.
- Learn and understand project drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Support in quantity surveying, material estimation, and measurement of work.
- Monitor progress of construction and report deviations, if any.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for material and work execution.
- Assist in maintaining site documentation such as daily progress reports, material records, and checklists.
- Observe and support quality checks and safety measures at the construction site.
- Participate in internal meetings and reviews to understand project planning and timelines.
- Undertake any other learning assignments as guided by the site in charge or the project head.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to site conditions.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
