You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

Key Responsibilities
Technology Enablement
. Assess current tech stack capabilities and utilization in alignment with Strategic priorities (WD, Phenom, Paradox, HiredScore)
. Identify and demo new capabilities
. Support business case and ROI analysis
. Manage AI/innovation assessments
Project Delivery
. Lead technical workstreams
. Design solutions for complex deployments
. Configure systems and support POC testing
. Provide support for complex changes
Skills & Experience
8+ years in HR tech / system implementation
Experience in:
End-to-end project delivery
Solution design and system architecture basics
Hands-on experience configuring with:
Workday Recruiting (must) and
Other WD modules (desirable)
Paradox (desirable)
Hired Score (good to have)
Exposure to:
Business case creation / ROI analysis / Risk and impact assessment analysis
POCs, pilots, or innovation projects
Leading workstreams or small teams
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Interest in emerging technologies
Risk andimpactassessment capability
Strong storytelling or presenting ideas to leadership
Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
End-to-end technical project understanding
