- Conduct technical chart analysis to identify market trends, price patterns, and momentum indicators.
- Track and analyze major indices including NIFTY 50 and other key market benchmarks.
- Apply statistical modelling and quantitative techniques to evaluate market trends and trading patterns.
- Analyze market volatility and derivatives strategies.
- Provide inputs on risk hedging frameworks and trading risk mitigation strategies.
- Analyze large datasets using advanced data analytics tools.
- Build analytical models to interpret trading signals and market patterns.
- Prepare analytical reports and dashboards to support trading and investment decisions.
Profile
A Successful Technical Analyst Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Graduation with professional certifications such as CFA / CMT / FRM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (Python, R, MATLAB, etc).
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
