Job Summary

We are seeking a technically skilled Administrator to support SaaS platforms, access management, and reporting across Legal & Compliance operations within the Strategy & Operations Business Intelligence team. The role focuses on managing platform permissions, providing technical support, developing SharePoint solutions, and contributing to analytics and workflow optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS platform administration and technical support.
  • Hands-on experience managing user permissions, access controls, and security compliance.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint development, including site creation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Strong experience providing technical support and troubleshooting SaaS platform issues.
  • Experience building workflows, documentation, and training materials for end users.
  • Familiarity with data preparation, reporting, and basic analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven documentation and knowledge transfer abilities.

Good to Have

  • Experience with KNIME for data analytics and workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of PowerApps or Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Exposure to legal/compliance operations (Privacy, Contracting, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and reporting platforms.
  • Experience working in Strategy & Operations or Business Intelligence teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage permissions and access controls across multiple SaaS platforms, ensuring security and compliance.
  • Provide technical support to users and resolve issues related to platform functionality and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and workflows to support team operations.
  • Create and update documentation, training materials, and user guides.
  • Build and optimize workflows to streamline legal and compliance processes.
  • Assist with data preparation, analytics, and visualization efforts.
  • Support evolving requirements across legal functions, including Privacy and Contracting teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions and improvements.
