Technical Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accounting guidance and support on mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, divestitures, and other complex transactions.
• Research, interpret, and advise clients on accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS) and assist in implementing new requirements.
• Prepare clear and well-structured technical accounting memos and reports.
• Draft and update accounting policies and procedures for clients.
• Support financial reporting, consolidation, and financial close activities.
• Benchmark client data and processes against industry standards to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables while managing client expectations.
• Collaborate closely with Managers and Senior Managers, providing regular updates on project progress.
