Technical Account Specialist Security
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Engineer to join our team. As a
Technical Account Specialist Security, you will be responsible for Design, implement and troubleshoot the security solutions deployment across NTT's client network. In this role, you will collaborate with client support team and other cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and reliable services are delivery to the clients.
Required Skills :
- Extensive experience and hands-on knowledge implementing, configuring, and integrating the complex security solution:
- Extensive design, implementation and troubleshooting knowledge of security solutions including
- firewall - Cisco, PaloAlto, Checkpoint, Fortinet
- Cloud FW/Proxy - Zscaler, Forcepoint
- F5 WAF
- NAC - Aruba ClearPass, Cisco ISE
- Container Security - Qualys, Crowdstrike
- DNS knowledge
- Ability to research, analyse, design, test and implement complex security/protection solutions
- Ability to manage upgrade and patching of the security solution and their management servers
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems in a systematic and logical manner
- Ability to quickly acquire and utilize knowledge on new security solutions, emerging threats and vulnerabilities
- Expert level of knowledge on enterprise security solutions
- Should have basic knowledge of Python , PowerShell. Candidate should be able to develop utility programs / scripts to automate day to day/repeated task around the solutions.
- Monitoring and Logging:
- Implement monitoring and logging settings to ensure system performance and health visibility.
