Job Description
Experience Required: 1018 years overall, with:
- Software Development: 5+ years
- Project Management (IT Services): 3+ years
- Client Engagement: 3+ years
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery & Governance
- Own the delivery of multiple projects/programs within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Define delivery frameworks, processes, and KPIs for successful execution.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and client SLAs.
- Technical Leadership
- Provide guidance on architecture, design, and technology stack decisions.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Drive adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery matters.
- Manage expectations, communicate progress, and handle escalations effectively.
- Build long-term relationships to identify opportunities for account growth.
- Team Management & Mentoring
- Lead and mentor project managers, developers, and QA teams.
- Allocate resources effectively across projects.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience in software development (Java, .NET, or similar).
- Expertise in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
- Excellent client engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage distributed teams and global delivery models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
