Job Description

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, building strong working relationships with customer engineering teams.
Lead onboarding, proof-of-concept, and technical training sessions to help customers adopt and integrate container images into their environments.
Support customers with Kubernetes deployment manifests, Helm chart configuration, and Dockerfile customization for their middleware and application stacks.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues across containers, deployments, and image builds, diagnosing root causes and coordinating fixes in a timely manner.
Provide guidance on vulnerability management and remediation for container images, including scan reports and hardening best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Security, and Delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality technical delivery.
Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and deployment guides tailored to each customer's environment.
Track account health and share regular updates with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or a customer facing technical role.
Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Linux/Unix systems, including building, debugging, and troubleshooting containers in production environments.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm charts.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Working knowledge of enterprise middleware technologies (message queues, search platforms, application runtimes).
Understanding of container security fundamentals, including vulnerability scanning and remediation practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
