Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Account Manager to manage B2B integrations with accommodation and hospitality services suppliers (hotel chains, bed banks, distribution platforms, etc.) while overseeing their business-as-usual connectivity projects at a technical level.

This position is specifically designed for India-based candidates with strong technical backgrounds in travel technology, API integrations, and accommodation distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Integration Management

- Manage B2B integrations with accommodation suppliers, hotel chains, bed banks, and distribution platforms

- Oversee business-as-usual connectivity projects and technical implementations

- Serve as escalation point for technical issues impacting supplier success

- Work closely with engineering and commercial teams to resolve integration challenges

- Optimize supplier data feeds and connectivity performance

Performance Monitoring & Analytics

- Monitor and report key performance metrics reflecting supplier operational status and revenue

- Investigate and propose improvements or upgrades in supplier connectivity

- Analyze big data to extract actionable insights and performance optimizations

- Gather technical requirements and support business case definitions

- Manage and optimize assigned accounts through technical setup tuning

Supplier Relationship Management

- Maintain continuous contact with technical teams at supplier organizations

- Conduct technical conference calls and virtual meetings with global suppliers

- Understand supplier technical inputs and propose mutually beneficial solutions

- Keep technical documentation about supplier connectivities updated and well-maintained

- Bridge communication between technical and commercial stakeholders

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work with IT, Product Management, and Commercial teams on technical solutions

- Define technical requirements based on business inputs and commercial needs

- Support implementation of new solutions and system improvements

- Collaborate with engineering teams on API development and optimization

Required Technical Skills

Core Technical Competencies

-Advanced understanding of API integrations and supplier connectivity logic

- Proficiency with RESTful APIs and experience supporting API-based software products

-Data format expertise: XML, JSON, YAML interpretation and manipulation

-Database skills: Working knowledge of SQL databases and query optimization

-Monitoring tools: Ability to use and learn multiple technical monitoring platforms

-System integration: Understanding of distributed systems and microservice architectures

Travel Technology Specific

- Knowledge of accommodation booking systems and distribution platforms

- Understanding of hotel connectivity standards (OTA protocols, channel management)

- Experience with travel industry data feeds and real-time inventory systems

- Familiarity with rate management and pricing distribution systems

Tools & Platforms

-ClickUp and SharePoint for project management and documentation

- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

- Version control systems and technical documentation tools

- Performance monitoring and analytics platforms

Required Experience & Qualifications

Essential Requirements

-Technical degree: Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

-3+ years of technical account management experience, preferably in travel technology

-Proven experience with API integrations and B2B technical partnerships

-Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach

-Experience defining technical requirements based on business inputs

-Fluent English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Based in India with flexibility to work across global time zones

Professional Experience

- Experience monitoring and interpreting technical metrics and KPIs

- Background in analyzing large datasets and extracting actionable insights

- Previous work with accommodation or travel technology platforms

- Experience handling technical partnerships and supplier relationships

- Project management experience in technical environments

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Rust-based systems or high-performance distributed architectures

- Knowledge of accommodation industry technical standards and protocols

- Understanding of travel technology ecosystem and major industry players

- Experience with cloud-based platforms and microservice architectures
