We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as a trusted technical advisor for key clients. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding technical requirements, and ensuring successful delivery and support of solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Understand client business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical support and guidance related to web technologies and databases.
Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Support) to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
Manage account health, escalations, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct technical discussions, solution walkthroughs, and client reviews.
Ensure timely communication and resolution of client queries in a hybrid work setup.
6+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or a similar client-facing technical role.
Strong hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL / database concepts.
Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues related to web applications and databases.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
