Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru for a Technic Blocks Builder. The Technic Blocks Builder will assemble and construct models and prototypes using Technic blocks, aligned with the designs and requirements provided by the engineering and product teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting technical blueprints, maintaining precision in assembly, testing models for functionality, and collaborating with the design team to refine structures.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong mechanical understanding and problem-solving skills
• Experience in building robust engineering and functional mechanical models
• Hands-on expertise with Technic building systems, gears, linkages, and moving mechanisms
• Creativity in transforming concepts into stable, high-quality builds
• Interest in robotics, STEM, and innovation-driven projects

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with assembly of Technic blocks or similar modular construction systems
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or physical design requirements
• Experience in mechanical assembly and a strong understanding of design principles
• Excellent attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design and engineering teams
• Relevant certifications or experience in mechanical design, product prototyping, or robotics is preferred
