Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support - (Fresher) L1 position based in Bengaluru South, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The candidate will handle technical support queries, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, resolve customer concerns, and ensure client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include documenting solutions, communicating with customers effectively, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

• Effective communication and collaborative abilities
