Job Title: IT Recruiter (Freshers)

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic ITRecruiter to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to the complete bench sales and recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the full sales and recruitment lifecycle for the US IT industry.
- Post consultants resumes on major US job portals such as Indeed, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and CareerBuilder.
- Communicate with clients and vendors in the US market when required.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms for sourcing and tracking candidates.
- Understand and adhere to the company's terms and conditions during purchase order execution.
- Conduct feedback sessions with candidates after interviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Internship or prior experience in recruitment/sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and social media recruiting tools is advantageous.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced, US-based environment.
