We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented
Technical Curriculum Developer to join our team at
NxtWave, one of India's fastest-growing EdTech companies. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and continuous enhancement of technical learning programs that empower learners to gain industry-ready skills in
MERN Full Stack, Python, and Generative AI. You will also mentor interns, collaborate with content teams, and ensure that our curriculum aligns with evolving industry trends and learning objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Design & Development
- Lead the creation, structuring, and enhancement of curriculum content across technologies such as MERN Full Stack, Python, and Gen AI.
- Ensure content aligns with current industry standards and prepares learners for real-world technical interviews.
- Incorporate diverse question formats, coding challenges, and assessments to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Industry Relevance & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze ongoing industry trends and integrate emerging topics to maintain curriculum relevance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts for feedback and course enhancement.
- Ensure that curriculum outcomes align with employability and skill-readiness goals.
- Exam Design & Student Success
- Develop structured topic-level, course-level, and grand exams aligned with curriculum goals.
- Continuously refine exam content to reflect industry requirements and interview expectations.
- Track and improve student pass percentages to ensure learning effectiveness.
- Learner Experience & Concept Retention
- Design engaging and interactive learning content to enhance course completion and retention.
- Implement innovative revision strategies and feedback loops to reinforce learning outcomes.
- Ensure a smooth and motivating learning journey for all students.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and guide interns and junior team members in curriculum development activities.
- Manage end-to-end curriculum development projects, ensuring high-quality execution within deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with technical, academic, and creative teams for content validation and publishing.
- Upskilling & Innovation
- Stay updated with the latest developments in technology, education tools, and AI-based learning platforms.
- Apply insights from tools such as ChatGPT and other educational technologies to enhance content quality.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Qualifications:- Prior development experience in software engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong foundational knowledge in:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Python, SQL, Node.js
- LLMs and AI Agents (preferred)
- Proven experience in curriculum design, mentoring, or content development.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student success.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with modern EdTech tools, content delivery platforms, and generative AI technologies.
- Experience in data-driven curriculum improvement and learner engagement tracking.
