Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 / Month (Fixed) + Performance Incentives

About the Role:

We are hiring tech-savvy individuals for a global AI training initiative. In this remote role, you will create screen-recording videos of basic technical workflows (such as HTML/CSS coding, spreadsheet management, and web navigation) to help train AI models on human-computer interactions. This role requires screen recording and spoken English narration only—no face or on-camera recording is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce and deliver a daily target of 5 to 8 technical workflow videos (each 15 to 45 minutes in duration).
Provide clear, continuous, and highly descriptive English voice narration explaining every on-screen action in detail.
Strictly adhere to provided technical guidelines, project scopes, and automated quality control (AutoQC) protocols.
Perform basic coding tasks (HTML/CSS/JS) or standard software operations while recording.
Properly package (ZIP) and upload the final deliverables to the designated portal daily.

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have):

Hardware (Strictly Enforced): You must own and operate an Apple Mac computer equipped with an M-Series chip (M1, M2, M3, or M4). Note: Windows laptops or older Intel-based Macs are strictly incompatible with this project.
Language: Exceptional spoken English fluency. Narration must be completely clear, natural, and easy to understand.
Technical Skills: Strong basic IT skills, smooth web navigation, and a fundamental understanding of HTML/CSS.
Workspace: A quiet, noise-free environment and a high-speed internet connection for seamless recording and uploading.
Availability: This is a full-time position requiring an 8 to 9-hour daily commitment to meet output targets.

Compensation & Perks:

Monthly Payout: 15,000 to 25,000 fixed monthly salary, dependent on consistently meeting the daily target of approved videos.
